This page explains how to request deletion of your BulkRadar account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to accounts in the BulkRadar mobile apps (iOS and Android) and the BulkRadar web application, operated by Bulkradar UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
How to request deletionSend an email to info@bulkradar.com with the subject line “Account deletion request”. Please send it from the email address linked to your BulkRadar account (the Google or Apple account you used to sign in) so that we can verify your identity.
We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. You do not need an active subscription or any payment to request deletion, and the request is free of charge.
What data is deletedWhen we process your request, we delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
Where we are required by law to keep certain records — for example accounting and invoicing documents under German commercial and tax law (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO) — we retain only that data for the statutory retention period (up to 10 years) and delete it once that period ends. Such data is blocked from any further use in the meantime.
